These reasons are materially good inferences without formally valid inference patterns.
- There are inferences, that are materially good, but not formally valid.
- These materially good inferences are complete arguments.
- We can understand them as arguments even if we do not add a general moral principle (i.e. "you should never steal") as implicit premiss.
