Argument: Brain Interpretation
The Brain interprets sense data incoming; objects of the outer world are not really brown as we imagine brown to be, they just so happen to send us the "brown colour signal" due to their molecular structure. Our brain also recognizes shapes when they are not in the actually seen shape. Ex: A chair viewed at an angle will not be. Additionally our brain is specifically made to be able to understand the concept of things at our scale, too big or too small and we cannot properly understand or visualize it. Scientists know about this, this is why they do double blind experiements. Brain science Placebo effect Emotions and mood
- Because the brain is adapted to the world we usually see, our vision on the whole of the world is distorted.
- Our perception distorts our view of the world.
